Use your Apple Watch to AUTOMATICALLY track your sleep!

Sleep++ takes advantage of the motion and health monitoring capabilities of your Apple Watch to measure both the duration and quality of your sleep. The better you understand how well you are sleeping the more you are able to make changes in your routines to benefit your rest.

My goal is to provide every Apple Watch owner with a free automatic sleep tracker that is simple and clear to understand. For each night you get a straightforward report of how long you slept and how restful you were during the night.

AUTOMATIC MODE:

Simply wear your Apple Watch overnight and each morning Sleep++ will analyze your sleep and give you a report about how long and restfully you slept.

MANUAL MODE:

If you want to have more precise control over the start/end time of each night recorded you can also use manual sleep tracking. This is also useful if your nightly routine makes it difficult for Sleep++ to determine when you went to bed.

1) Wear your Apple Watch while you sleep.
2) Tell Sleep++ when you start sleeping.
3) Tell Sleep++ when you wake up.

NOTES:

Sleep++ integrates with the Health App providing you a safe and private way to share your activity data with Sleep++. This data is used for automatic sleep tracking. You can also optionally have Sleep++ save your Sleep Analysis into your Health database after each night.

Its a great idea, I dont understand why there is not more app taking advantage of the Apple Watch. Your app is great, but not very precise. I dont sleep well, I often roll, snore, and wake up. Sometimes I stay awake few minutes but its not detected. I think you should also take advantage of the microphone, it may add information. Finally, a wanted feature: Wake up! With nice rings like Runtastics app, but on the Watch! Good luck!
This is the only app using your Apple Watch to analize your sleep ! Need more features and french translation (many users) but really nice ! Thanks
Its a very good app. Tell us how was our sleep. I suggest that you include and alarm that would wake me up at the "best moment" (like some iPhone apps) and with pulse vibrations.
Thats app works very well with me. I was trying find some app to know more about my sleep time. And I found it. But this version is so simple yet. I am waiting the new version with a lot of features and improvements to follow my health sleep. Thank you.
Need automatic track when we Go to sleep. Buy the better until now.
Im using Sleep++ ever since its release and Im quite happy with the provided insight. Im not into self quantification or constant efforts to increase self efficiency. But I like knowing how my small kids crawling to our bed affects my sleep (and now I know when they come over). Im also keeping an eye on my nightly heart rate in combination with the time Ive been restless. Its a nice little way to keep passive, non-scientific track of some things that would otherwise get lost, yet no one has to go overboard with self tracking...

Some bad moments

seem’s that lot of people enjoy this … app, that i can’t launch on my AW. AW is OS 2.01 updated, non photos, no music, & 5,6 GB free space.
Everything is in the title. Once installed it simply does not work.
First of all it is good that this app is free, because at this stage of development, it couldnt be paid. So far the App only shows the time you slept. Nothing more. It stills require you to click the sleep and wake button. That is very little if compared to what is available in the market. Fitbit for example recognizes your sleep phase automatically and measures your heart rate during the sleep, which is important to analyze your resting heart rate. Others have silent alarm to wake you up on a lighter sleep phase and some other are able to tell the sleep cycles you had (rem, etc). Apple watch has potential but unfortunately still doesnt have a good sleep tracker. Hope the next version of this app will hugely improve these points mentioned above.
Watch app does not work!!!! He is requesting permission to access Motion and Fitness, when it is already released.
Health & Motion Access enabled, but App doesnt work !!! Re-Installed the App and rebooted my Watch / Phone several times and double checked settings
App need some polish. On iPhone 6 the time scale is not visible when you check your sleep. When using sleep mode, it doesnt deactivate the watch face, so you turn on the display when ever you turn you wrest. It doesnt deactivate the hourly "get up and walk" notification
