Sleep ++ is why I keep using my Apple Watch
Im using Sleep++ ever since its release and Im quite happy with the provided insight.
Im not into self quantification or constant efforts to increase self efficiency. But I like knowing how my small kids crawling to our bed affects my sleep (and now I know when they come over).
Im also keeping an eye on my nightly heart rate in combination with the time Ive been restless.
Its a nice little way to keep passive, non-scientific track of some things that would otherwise get lost, yet no one has to go overboard with self tracking...
