Essential Apple Watch App
I am loving the app. Previously I was using the Jawbone UP24 to track only my sleep at night (swapping the Apple Watch for up band at night, and back again in the morning), however their hardware and software just got more flakey over time and after using sleep++ successfully on a few trips, Ive decided to switch permanently and havent looked back. Totally essential app.
Also, they have a method for wearing your Apple Watch 23 hours a day that works perfectly: Instead of charging it all night, just pop it on the charger immediately when you wake up (for example as you are getting ready for the day) and in my experience, that ~30-45 minutes will be enough to charge the watch back to full capacity. Perfect
