Simple but it works great
Im on a new 6s Plus (iOS 10) and Series 1 Apple Watch (watchOS 3). This is the first time Ive ever used the app so upgrade issues dont apply to me. But I can say that on the latest OSs it works great.
Its simple and straightforward, no bells and whistles really; just an easy and seemingly accurate way to see your sleep patterns and get your data into HealthKit.
I tried the other sleep trackers Apple recommends but theyre hard to evaluate because their features are behind paywalls. The results that I could see were all over the place and pretty questionable.
This does the trick for me and its free.
