Synced health data for the first night, and never again after that.
Synced health data for the first night, and never again after that.
Doesnt do what it says.
Doesnt track restlessness at all. 0% restless even when I forget to turn it off and go about my day.
Worked great for me. Also worked on another person. It also syncs with the Health app fine for me
Really informative to see how effectively we are sleeping.
After the last update this app now works and measures restless sleep. Thank you. The ability to delete data is s great addition. I have bought the no ads version. I love this app with my Apple Watch.
I installed this app the day it was released and slept with watch on my wrist. Next morning saw information which did not make any sense to me. Neither it transferred any data to Health app in Sleep analysis on my iPhone. May I dont know how to use this app.
Works nicely on Apple Watch. I always log my sleeping habits with this app now that it exists!
Nice app that it works in flight mode . app needs a bit of fine tuning but seems nice . only uses about 10% of battery on the watch after starting sleep in flight mode . and I like that it imports the data to HealthKit .
Great idea. However, Ive used it twice now and it does not record restless sleep. I woke up and read, got out of bed, walked around and the app reported that I had perfect sleep. Too bad. Update: With yesterdays update it now records restless sleep for me. It still doesnt transfer data to Health. From 1 star to 3 stars.
It would be nice to see estimations on sleep cycle stated instead of the binary restless or sleep states. Since the watch is already measuring your heart rate every 10 minutes, I think its natural to see that data laid over the sleep data - Im no sleep expert but one would think you could make some better estimations on sleep cycles when you factor in hear rate (i.e. Elevated heart rate alongside sustained no motion could suggest REM sleep?). To the developer, if you can work with some sleep experts to work in some algorithms for useful analysis youll really have a jump before the other players inevitably jump in; good luck!
Apps like these make you really look forward to the future of the watch. Should be featured/promoted by Apple.
Its nice that it can track the amount of sleep based on me turning on and off my sleep time, it uses my heart rate to tell me how often Im restless, but it fails to give me details on my sleep. What was my actual sleep time is, if it was deep sleep or light, or even what my mean BPM is during my sleep. The fact that it requests access to my health data to both read and write, yet no data is ever written, raises my alarms about privacy and security. Too under developed to even consider paying to remove the ads.
Compared to other wearables that track sleep,or even smart phone sleep apps this is very basic with just "restless" minimal data...however I did support and pay to remove adds hoping for future features to come, for now...2 stars.
I lamented the loss of sleep tracking when I upgraded from Fitbit to the Apple Watch. Thus, I was relieved to learn about Sleep++ Honestly its just a simple motion-based sleep quality tracker. Not necessarily as accurate as what a proper sleep machine detects, but it still offers solid reference points to allow you to monitor your sleep patterns over the course of time. It seems to align well with FitBits approach. I was sufficiently impressed - I elected to pay for the ad-free version. I look forward to ongoing enhancements (merging HR monitor tracking with sleep quality - this would likely be a great metric). Also - Id like to extract data into a spreadsheet format of some sort. ***added Nov/15*** Ive been a regular user for a while. Here are couple of wish list items: - edit the duration in case you neglect to "stop" when you wake. - offer opportunities to use icons to track sleep effectiveness (simple smilies, frowning and happy to convey sleep quality upon waking) - reminder to track sleep (use Taptic Engine to catch user attention at usual bedtime and offer to track sleep) Great work overall!!!!
Would like to be able to add or change the hours myself (when i fall asleep and forget to put it or when i put it but dont sleep right away...) But good app thanks!!!
...just like Pedometer++. I do wish it had sensitivity for deep sleep vs light sleep vs awake.
If this app had a price, after trying it, Id pay no problem. It has a little more to go, it would be cool if it knew automatically when you were sleeping and when you woke up.
Very basic app. Only displays movement. Does not integrate HR or attempt to estimate sleep cycle (eg. Deep vs Light sleep). I prefer another app called Sleep Pulse 2, which does some of the above more advanced analyses.
Looked forward to using this app with my new Apple Watch and my iPhone 6 but even though all the settings are as they should be, the watch refuses to authorize this app making it useless to me.
