For the first week I had it, it wouldnt work in my watch because of the 2.0 update. When that bug was finally fixed I was excited to try it until I realized in the morning what information it gave me... Nothing. Literally the min of restless sleep as a proportion of your overall with a difficult to read binary graph. On a different device I had become accustomed to knowing how long to fall asleep, average hr, times I woke up, number of hours of deep and light sleep, and the actual amount of time I slept, so this was a huge let down and I have no idea how this information is useful. "Restless sleep" could mean anything from tossing a little to being wide awake... A notable difference if you ask me. Ill give it a second look if it starts to provide information I can actually work with and that will integrate with the ihealth app as advertised (which doesnt work currently).
